Is the portal really branded as mine?

Yes. Each agency gets their own branded portal — your logo, colours, tagline, hero image, and per-agency settings. Properties and listings look like part of your brand, not an off-the-shelf template. You can run on your own domain (e.g. yourbrand.com) once onboarding is complete.

How fast can my agency be live?

Most agencies are live within a week. We onboard you, set up branding, import your initial property list, and walk you through adding photos. After that, day-to-day property management is something your team handles directly via the admin.

What about photos I already have?

Upload them through the admin. The platform automatically resizes them to a sensible web size and applies your watermark at the opacity you configure. Bulk uploads work, and you can reorder photos per property with drag-and-drop.

Can I show rental and sale properties on the same portal?

Yes. Each property is flagged as for-sale or for-rent. Rental properties get extra features built specifically for holiday lets: a weekly-rates table across date ranges, an availability calendar, and a separate section for additional costs (cleaning, deposit, tourist tax).

How are enquiries delivered to me?

Buyers and renters can submit an enquiry through the form on each property's page, or tap your WhatsApp button to message you directly. Form enquiries are stored in your admin and emailed to you. You decide which contact method to surface most prominently for your audience.
